Albuquerque - June 1, 2011 - There are now 453 A.J. Walker descendants representing 176 marriages. Ada Ruth (Terry) Walker is the Matriarch of 370 of the Walker Descendants and 83 individuals descend from Mary Jane Speir. Billy Walker born in 1885 was the only child of Mary Jane Speir and A J Walker.
The current A.J. Walker Database on CD is available to descendants on request. This is a great tool for looking up marriage and anniversary dates, relationships, and other information. This database includes not only all of the descendants of Mr. Walker but almost 1500 ancestor records dating back to the early 1600s. Included are more than 150 headshot photographs that are displayed with individual information. There are many notes that reference sources and other details.

Albuquerque - Saturday June 4 2011 We are just four weeks away from the 2011 Walker Reunion which is Saturday July 9 this year. The theme this year is God Bless America. If you have changes to your family status such as births, deaths, marriages send me those so we can have an up-to-date wall chart. If you would like a summary of your family data let me know and I will forward that to you so you can see how your family will be displayed on the wall chart.
